  • What do I do if I forgot my email or password?

    Email: On Wandly, your email address is located under your profile

    Password: Visit https://www.caciverse.co.nz/ and click Forgot Password and follow the prompts. 


  • Does Caciverse replace the current incentives?

    Yes the Caciverse is now the home of all team Caci rewards and recognition. This platform replaces the incentives announced monthly and communicated through Facebook Workplace. The Caciverse gives everyone the chance to earn points more frequently in different ways personally and as a team and see how you and your team is tracking towards annual incentives. 

  • Who can earn points?

    Everyone in the clinic can earn points, plus there are team ones as well. While some incentives might be specific to a role (e.g. nurse incentives for filler), there is an opportunity for anyone working in clinic, to earn points. 

  • How will I know what points I’ve earned?

    Data will be uploaded weekly and monthly in to the Caciverse. You will be able to see what you have earned under the My Loyalty page on your account. 

  • What happens if a sale gets incorrectly attributed to someone else in clinic?

    Be very careful when checking out sales. We will not be making any updates to the data processed by the platform. 

  • I work in multiple clinics, how do points get attributed across clinics?

    Our data will recognize those team members working in multiple clinics as you will only have one Caci email address. 

  • Do my points expire?

    Yes points expire after 24 months.

  • How much are the points worth?

    100 points = $1

  • What can I buy?

    We will regularly be updating the product store with new products from Murad and Skinsmiths as well as some of our product partners. 

  • Can I shop online without Points?

    Yes, you can shop online using your credit card. Or use a mix of points and credit card, or purchase using all points. The choice is yours. 

  • When will my order get shipped?

    Orders are processed fortnightly, so please allow up to 15 business days to receive your Murad or Skinsmiths order. And between 4 to 6 weeks for 3rd Party Orders.  

  • Where will my order get shipped to?

    Orders will be sent to your clinic. If you work in several clinics, you can set your preferred delivery clinic in your account setup.

  • What happens if I leave Caci?

    Points can only be earnt and redeemed while working at Caci. Support office must be notified of any staff members that have resigned and all accounts related to that person will be deactivated. User activity on Caciverse will be monitored and any account with no activity over a 12 month period will also be deactivated. 

  • What about returns/refunds? What will happen to my points?

    At this stage we will not be deducting points for refunds and returns and as outlined in the terms and conditions any persons found to have manipulated data will incur serious consequences which could include removal of points, account suspension or deactivation.
